With the exception of our Creative Director, all our crew members set their own hours and work remotely under a custom contractor agreement.

This freedom allows our crew to stay curious, nimble, and maintain many areas of interest — making us great collective resource for out-of-the-box thinking.

With a monthly commitment in place, you’ll get a client dashboard, custom weekly workflow, and lower project fees. Your work also gets priority scheduling (sometimes as fast as same-day delivery).

It’s important to us that these relationships are a good fit for our team and values. To trial this, most start with a standalone project first before considering a partnership.

Next-day and same-day delivery are typically reserved for our Partnership Clients.

Depending on scope, new projects will typically see stage 1 of their work within 3 business days of the project start. Final file delivery depends on the scope of the project and revisions. (Expedited rates are available upon request.)

Work for Standalone Projects will not begin until a 50% deposit has been received and final files will not be delivered until the remaining balance is paid.
