We currently work with:

• 1 Creative Director

• 2 Project Managers

• 6 Vetted Artists

However, with the exception of our Creative Director, none of our crew members are strictly full-time. They all work remotely under a contractor agreement and set their own hours.

We believe this freedom allows us to stay curious, nimble, and maintain many areas of interest — making us great collective resource for out-of-the-box thinking.

With a monthly commitment in place, you’ll get a client dashboard, custom weekly workflow, and lower project fees. Your work also gets priority scheduling (sometimes as fast as same-day delivery).

It’s important to us that these relationships are a good fit for our team and values, so we do encourage most new clients to book a standalone project with us first before considering a partnership.

Next-day and same-day delivery is typically reserved for our Partnership Clients.

Other new projects will typically see stage 1 of their work within 3 business days of the project start. Final file delivery depends on the scope of the project and revisions. Expedited rates are available upon request.

Yes. Work for Standalone Projects will not begin until a 50% deposit has been received and final files will not be delivered until the remaining balance is paid.

Partnerships are typically billed ahead, on the 1st of the month unless a custom arrangement has been discussed.
